Abstract

This article focuses on the nature of the bank guarantee, its uniqueness in banking operations, its importance for bank customers, its role in the relationship between the bank and the client, and some aspects of the financial relations that arise in the execution of the guarantee. Specific aspects of bank guarantee are analyzed and scientific conclusions are formed.
