Abstract

This article examines the financing of the social protection system in the
context of New Uzbekistan, the financial analysis of funds allocated from the
state budget, as well as a set of measures aimed at providing social security
to vulnerable segments of the population and delivering quality social
services. Based on the existing social legislation in the country, the study
analyzes structural changes and reforms within the system, the
establishment of digital platforms in social protection, the operational
mechanism of the Unified Social Protection Registry, the types of social
benefits and conditions for their assignment, as well as key social indicators
of the population of Uzbekistan. The article presents conclusions and
recommendations focused on enhancing the efficiency and targeting of the
social protection system by ensuring the social inclusion of population
groups in need of support.
