Аннотация
Mazkur maqolada raqamli platformalarni tartibga solishga qaratilgan xalqaro raqobat siyosatlari tahlil qilinib, yetakchi mintaqa va mamlakatlarning eng yaxshi amaliyotlari aniqlanadi hamda O‘zbekistonning “Raqamli O‘zbekiston – 2030” strategiyasi doirasida tartibga solish tizimini modernizatsiya qilish uchun tavsiyalar berildi. Shuningdek, maqolada turli siyosiy yondashuvlar – jumladan, oldindan belgilangan (ex-ante) tartibga solish, xulq-atvor kodekslari va mintaqaviy hamkorlik modellarining iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy ta’siri solishtirma asosda baholandi.
